Services
Patio & Driveway Cleaning
At BDS Pro Clean we can fully restore the colour of your patio and driveway by using our high pressure super heated steam system. We are fully trained city and guilds soft wash technicians which means we can safely apply the correct chemicals to kill the organic staining at the source and prevent any rapid recolonisation. We include re-sanding for all driveways we clean.
Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
When cleaning a roof, health and safety is paramount. That’s why we do all of our work from a small mobile scaffold tower (PASMA TRAINED) with telescopic equipment so there is no one walking about the roof creating a hazard. At BDS Pro clean we have two different methods we can use to clean your roof. Firstly we can remove the bulk of the moss with scraped blades designed to fit the contours of the tiles, then we apply a professional grade fully licensed biocide to kill off any remaining moss spores and roots. The biocide will continue to work with the weather cycles and will gradually clean the roof to its original colour over a 12 month period. Secondly, we can use a low pressure steam system witch will remove the moss and also clean the tiles at the same time. We then follow this with the same biocide treatment to kill the biofilm and help the roof stay clean, preventing any rapid recolonisation.
Render Cleaning
Due the climate and holding moisture, render can be subject to very unsightly black, red or green algae staining. We can remove this with the use of professional grade biocide treatments which kill the organic build up at the source and clean the surface. It is not recommended to use any high pressure on render as it can lead to damage. We are fully trained city and guilds soft wash technicians and follow full health and safety protocols when using specialist treatments.
Soft Washing
Soft washing is a method of cleaning which involves the use of specially formulated biocides to deal with organic staining. We can remove black, red and green algae without the need of a high pressure jet wash on surfaces like patios, roofs and walls. We hold a city and guilds soft wash technician qualification and follow full health and safety protocols.
Gutter, Fascia, Soffit & UPVC Cleaning
At BDS Pro Clean, we use a high power gutter vacuum system to clean guttering of debris. This is a safe and effective method which we can do from the ground using a camera at the end of telescopic poles connected to a high power vacuum. As for the exterior of the guttering and other UPVC, we use a telescopic brush to clean and remove the organic build up restoring it the the original colour.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Fully trained carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians. We use a 6 step cleaning method on all carpets and upholstery we clean using the correct chemicals suited to the type of fabric and the soiling. We sanitise, deodorise and include stain removal attempts at no extra cost on all carpets and upholstery we clean.
